As a mentor, you will have the unique opportunity to guide and support teens in developing self-esteem, leadership skills, emotional awareness, and future planning. By sharing your experiences and knowledge, you can make a lasting impact on a young woman's life, helping her navigate life's challenges and achieve her dreams.
